RJ Milnor is the founder of People Analytics Partners, a boutique consulting firm focused on digital HR transformation, work design, and data-informed talent management. By connecting leaders with a curated group of expert practitioners, we help companies build the programs that improve workforce productivity, well-being, and engagement.

Before founding People Analytics Partners, RJ was the Global Head of People Analytics at Uber and held HR leadership roles at McKesson, Chevron, Equifax, and Corporate Executive Board.
 
RJ received the Bersin by Deloitte “What Works Award” for Transforming HR and helped build a Human Resource Executive ”Top HR Product of the Year”. He has spoken about talent management at more than 1,000 events in 35 countries and his work has appeared in Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and numerous other books, articles, and podcasts.
